Good Reason Houston is committed to working with others to increase the number of students learning in great public schools. By 2025, we will increase the number of students learning in A and B schools by 60,000–a 25% increase of students in high-performing schools.

Good Reason Houston partners with organizations that acknowledge the inequity in educational institutions and are committed to redesigning systems, practices, and policies that ensure all students thrive academically and socially, particularly historically marginalized students of color.

Good Reason Houston invests to accelerate progress within districts and promote courageous decision-making that drastically changes the trajectory of school performance, and sets students on a path to thrive.

Good Reason Houston works with school districts to identify, understand, and remove barriers to achieving equitable student outcomes, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities.
