On January 30, 2025, more than 300 education and workforce leaders gathered at the TMC Innovation Factory for the 5th Annual Postsecondary Pathways Conference, hosted by BridgeYear, UpSkill Houston, Good Reason Houston, and TMC Innovation.

The conference featured expert panels, keynote presentations, and breakout sessions exploring topics like emerging credentials, workforce readiness, and innovative training programs. Attendees also had the opportunity to network with peers and learn about actionable strategies that align education with workforce demands.
