Good Reason Houston Hosts Block Walk to Canvas Hiram Clarke Community with Resources

July 23, 2022 – Good Reason Houston, along with community organizations, volunteers, and partners canvassed Hiram Clarke homes in the Greater Houston area to share over 8,000 resources to help families prepare for going back to school.

Resources included: at-home COVID tests, access to college and career readiness, health and civic access, educational and academic resources, access to programs for senior citizens, multilingual supports, and more. These supports were poured into the community based on the needs that were surveyed.

Because of the incredible turnout from our partners and volunteers, we were able to service 400 homes and double the amount of community members through this outreach event!
